The Accelerator will provide teams of cohorts from networks and co-ops with the tools, coaching, and learning spaces to design and implement your own collaborative governance systems.  This is not just another on-line course. You will be taking practical steps to operationalize equity, transparency, shared leadership, and forward momentum in your work

On this webinar, we will:

  1. Talk about why consent-based governance is a great choice for networks and cooperatives; 
  2. Consider eight governance design issues and how the Accelerator will support your team to address them.
  3. Answer your questions about whether the Accelerator pilot program is right for your cooperative or network.
